Metropolitan Vitaly’s Interview to the Voice of America on March 16, 1990 (in Russian). Fr. Victor Potapov presented the questions he brought from Russia to Metropolitan Vitaly. This interview is interesting because it was recorded just before the Holy Week of 1990, when Vladyka Vitaly made the decision to accept St. Prince Constantine parish in Suzdal under the omophorion of ROCOR.
